X-ray guided injections of anesthetic or anti-inflammatory medication near the affected nerves for pain relief.
Ultrasound or x-ray guided injections for inflammation using pain-blocking or inflammatory medication for pain relief and mobility.
Ultrasound or x-ray guided injections of pain-blocking medications for treatment of localized tendon pain & tendon-related conditions.
X-ray guided injections of pain blocking/numbing medication injected into nerves associated with area of pain to block pain sensations.
Rebuilding or repairing of weak, pain-generating areas utilizing various injection techniques to induce natural regrowth and strengthening to heal the area of pain from within.
Injections with anesthetic or steroid medication typically for fibromyalgia, myofascial pain, or muscle pain relief.
We offer several effective treatments for migraines including Botox for long-term relief, and medications with no drug interactions for both acute and long term relief.
The use of small needles to stimulate the sensory nerves under the skin and muscles to help release endorphins of the body and induce pain relief.
We certify patients for the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana program based on applicable conditions and symptoms. It can aide in pain relief, inflammation reduction, nausea reduction, anxiety reduction and more.

Minimally Invasive Surgeries
Minor surgery where electrical leads are placed in the epidural space of the spine which trigger pulsations to the surrounding nerves in various ways to provide pain relief and promote mobility. The sensations are controlled via a blue tooth remote – to allow for changing adjustments as needed for pain. *A trial is done first in office to determine if this procedure will work for you.
Surgically placed programmed pump with pain medication to control pain when other treatments do not help and high oral pain medication volumes have been reached.
Outpatient Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (MILD) procedure to treat Lumbar Spinal Stenosis. Procedure is performed through a tiny incision where the physician removes the stenosis, and requires no general anesthesia.
Minimally invasive outpatient surgical implant procedure to support your existing anatomy by creating a space for nerves in the spinal canal to provide pain relief for spinal stenosis.
Minimally Invasive Surgery utilizing specific hardware to provide immediate stability to the SI joint to promote function.
Surgery to treat Vertebral Compression Factures through careful expansion and stabilization of the spine’s vertebra.
Minimal surgery to place a nerve-stimulator device next to a peripheral nerve to provide nerve pain relief.
A new, regenerative non-surgical procedure to treat Disc Degeneration that involves utilizing healthy nucleus pulposus tissue from a donor and injecting it into the area.

Patients can schedule an appointment at either of our office locations by calling our main line at (215) 602-7918.
We currently have two office locations, one located at 1500 Horizon Drive in Chalfont, PA and the other at 401 W. Broad Street in Quakertown, PA.
For your first appointment, patients should prepare to bring their insurance card and some form of ID. New Patients will also need to fill out our new patient paperwork. This is available in your patient portal and should be completed prior to your appointment.
During your first appointment, you will meet with one of our Medical Assistants and providers to go over your history, current conditions, and current symptoms. You will be evaluated and discuss your treatment options and work with our providers to come up with a comprehensive treatment plan.
