Robert Kelly, D.O.
Board-Certified, Fellowship Trained
President of Pennsylvania Pain and Spine Institute
Dr. Kelly completed his residency at Harvard Medical School and then completed a prestigious subspecialty Pain Medicine Fellowship at Cooper University Hospital. Dr. Kelly also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. Kelly’s areas of interest include: back pain, sports medicine, ultrasound guided therapies & diagnostics, individualized rehabilitation & occupational therapy programs, unique treatments for neuropathic pain, minimally invasive procedures & surgeries for pain relief, manual medicine, and various forms of acupuncture for pain relief and sports performance.



Dr. David Bozak, D.O.
Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Dr. Bozak completed his residency at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore and is Board-Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R). He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the North American Spine Society. Dr. Bozak’s areas of interest include minimally invasive pain treatments of the joints, nerves, muscles and spine, joint procedures under imaging guidance, diagnosis of pain origins, and regenerative medicine treatments. Dr. Bozak is also an elite cyclist and CrossFit competitor, and has competed on American Ninja Warrior.



Jeffrey Boyd, D.O.
Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Fellowship Trained
Dr. Boyd completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Thomas Jefferson University where he served as Chief Resident. He completed a prestigious fellowship in Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine at the Rothman Orthopedic Institute. He is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and is an active member of the Spine Intervention Society, North American Spine Society and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.



Kaiwen Guo, MD
Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Fellowship Trained
Dr. Guo completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the Temple University and Moss Rehab combined program. He completed a fellowship in Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine at the distinguished University of Pennsylvania. He is board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and is an active member of the Spine Intervention Society, North American Spine Society and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Guo provides holistic non-operative and minimally invasive spine procedures for neck and back pain.



Judy Haney, PA-C



Lauren Koerick, PA-C
Lauren Koerick, PA-C received her undergraduate degree in Biobehavioral Health at The Pennsylvania State University in 2017. She worked as a medical assistant at Pennsylvania Pain and Spine to gain hands-on patient experience before going on to receive her Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She returns to Pennsylvania Pain and Spine eager/excited to creative comprehensive care plans for each patient through compassionate understanding and overall helping improve their quality of life.



Amanda Shaw, PA-C
Amanda Shaw PA-C graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and graduated from Salus University with a Master of Medical Science (MMS) in Physician Assistant studies in 2017. Amanda’s areas of interest include: acute and chronic pain conditions, and maintaining proper health and lifestyle habits. Her passion in health and wellness led her to also become a volunteer on medical mission trips to Haiti.
